这次主要更新为：
🚩 列出41个国际组织的名称，可以豁免在7月前售出的电子发票
🚩 Self-Billed Invoice 多了一项：投资的资本回流，必须要开 Self-Billed 给投资者
🚩 Self-Billed 的利息豁免情景，从原本的3个，现在是5个情景（包括金融中心融资 以及 Late Payment Charges)

LHDN consistently updates e-invoice guidelines on Festive Season.
The latest 11th guideline was published on 28.01.2025. The main changes are as follows:
🚩 Appendix List 41 International Organizations listing
🚩 There is an additional 1 self-billed scenario: Capital return from investee
🚩 There are 5 exemptions on self-billed invoices for interest (Including: Central treasury role charges + Late payment charges)
