Stanley is Bank Negara Approved Financial Adviser Representative (FAR) and hold a Capital Markets Services Representative License (CMSRL) from Securities Commission to undertake regulated activities of financial planning.

As a practice team leader, Stanley currently Coaching and Mentor a team of 22 licensed financial advisers under his practice team named Prosperity Advisory Group.  He emphasis on client centric process and process driven practice methodology.  Under Prosperity 3R Business Model, He ensure a smooth sailing process for new consultant to join financial advisory industry with a prosperity outcome.

A true believer of holistic financial planning, Stanley committed and competence helping his clients ranging from businessman, professionals and affluent clients with all their financial planning needs covering the whole spectrum of wealth management solutions including cash flow planning; wealth protection; retirement to comprehensive estate planning. He enjoys working with clients to assure their financial wishes come true.

Client interests are his top utmost priority.

Stanley offered independent; unparallel and unbiased advice that is not influenced by the vested interests of any fund house and insurance company or any other financial institutions. He managed client life insurance portfolio more than RM750 millions sum insured to date, catered for different clients need and financial objectives.

Stanley also actively involved as speaker and coach for Corporate Financial Educational Program (CFEP), a niche financial wellness program designed for companies and MNC to improve employee’s financial wellbeing and enhanced financial literacy. He and his team have conducted CFEP program to 20 MNC; more than 2000 employees have attended and benefited on CFEP program and improved their financial literacy since the program is launched in 2018.

Stanley also appointed as Academic & Industry Advisory Board for Diploma in Finance Program, Sunway College to provide advice and guidance on industry and practice updates for students on their career development.
